For many years, the papyrus did not attract attention, as its reading was quite a difficult task. However, Dr. Layog Berkes from Berlin and his colleague Professor Nokki Macedo from Liège were able to decipher the unique manuscript.

It turned out that it dates back to the IV-V centuries of the new era and is in fact the oldest surviving text describing the life of Christ.
The document with dimensions of 11 x 5 cm contains only 13 lines in Greek, each line includes a dozen letters. The text claims that Jesus, as if still in childhood, surprised others with various miracles, for example, revived sparrows.
